Starting in early 2026, Brandi will be welcoming patients on a limited basis at Home | Long Core Pilates & Wellness brand-new studio off Jewett Ave on the North Shore of Staten Island. Nest Physical Therapy and Long Core Pilates share the same heart-centered approach to health, movement, and caring for your body. With pelvic floor physical therapy still hard to access on SI, this collaboration opens an exciting new opportunity for the community to get the support they deserve.
