How I can help you.

Postpartum PT

I understand firsthand the challenges of the early weeks and months following childbirth. It’s a time when many women feel disconnected from their pre-pregnancy selves, both physically and emotionally. Seeing mothers struggle with unresolved issues long after delivery—six months, twelve months, or even two years later is not acceptable. I knew that with proper care and attention in those crucial early weeks, many of these challenges could have been avoided. To better serve this community, I provide new mothers with postpartum care, education, and support in the comfort of their own homes, allowing them to stay close to their baby while receiving the care they truly deserve.

Pelvic Floor PT

Pelvic floor dysfunction can impact women at any stage of life, with symptoms such as chronic pelvic pain, painful intercourse, urinary urgency and frequency, incontinence, and constipation. These concerns are often uncomfortable to discuss and frequently go unreported to healthcare providers. I create an open, empathetic environment where no topic is off-limits, and every individual is treated with the utmost respect and sensitivity
